Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ploxarelex. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be in the original packaging with all labels intact
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ploxarelex.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Candles that have been burned or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, please return the original item and place a new order.
